REFRACT is back for its sixth year, showcasing over 70 artists across 60+ events! Take a look at the exciting lineup of REFRACT events featuring Pratt community members - free to attend, all ages are welcome, and campus parking is available for Pratt-hosted events. - On view through Oct. 27 | Trenton Quiocho's Filipino Fish Trap Series at Bainbridge Arts & Crafts
Experience Trenton Quiocho's first solo exhibition at Bainbridge Arts & Crafts, featuring a series inspired by traditional Filipino fish trap baskets, created during his 2022 residency at the Museum of Glass. Through glass, Quiocho explores ways to preserve and reimagine the rich histories, folktales, and Filipino traditions that have been lost through colonization. - Oct. 17 from 10am-6pm | Netflix's Blown Away Group Exhibition at Traver Gallery
Enjoy works by contestants of Netflix's, Blown Away Season 4. The exhibtion features Season 4 Grand Prize winner and Pratt creative community member, Morgan Peterson, along with Challenge #3 winners, Karen Willenbrink-Johnsen, and Gemma Hollister. - Oct. 18 from 6-8:30pm | Beadmaking Workshop by Kulla Jatani at the SAM Open House: Joyce J. Participate in an exciting beadmaking workshop with jewelry artist, Kulla Jatani, from 6–8:30 pm, where you can create a one-of-a-kind jewelry or turn ordinary buttons into extraordinary pieces of art. This edition of the SAM Open House celebrates the exhibition Joyce J.
