Part-time non-exempt position @ 25 hours per week. Compensation $16.00 per hour.
The Development Database Administrator reports directly to the Development Director.
Job Description:
Primary Duties include (but are not limited to):
Database Expertise
The Development Database Administrator must have fundamental knowledge of the Raiser’s Edge software program and ability to maintain accurate and thorough donor records. Timely donor acknowledgement letters, detailed record-keeping, creation of queries and reports are essential functions, in addition to the entry and validation of gifts, including corporate matches. Updating of records; importing of information from other databases, including class registration and event databases; and maintaining files with accuracy, consistency and attention to detail are essential.
Event and Stewardship Support
Provide administrative support, including annual fund web-based fundraising, data management for Annual Fine Art Auction, Holiday Art Sale and other donor stewardship and cultivation events and activities. Assist with mailing lists, RSVPs, nametags, and follow-up tasks. Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
Attention to detail, accuracy and discretion
Computer skills are essential, especially Microsoft Excel & Word
Experience with Raiser’s Edge database
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to balance working in a team environment with self-directed projects
Familiarity with Auction Tracker database is preferable
